Helping Hands for Pets (HH4P) is a 501©3 non-profit organization dedicated to keeping pets in their homes where they are cherished and loved. Their programs provide qualified pet owners in St Croix, Dunn and Polk County, WI basic financial assistance to keep a pet in its home rather than being surrendered to a shelter or euthanized due to financial limitations.

Programs include: Spay/Neuter Assistance and General Assistance

SCAF currently offer several assistance programs for pet owners in St. Croix County.  Programs they offer are: Spay/Neuter Program, that subsidizes owners in need of financial assistance to keep their pet from reproducing; provide Emergency Medical Assistance on a needs basis; and have a Reaching Out Pet Food Assistance Program that provides food for animals whose owners may not have the resources or physical capability to provide a healthy diet for their pets; a Foster and Adoption Program that works to place homeless cats and dogs with families on a temporary basis until a forever home can be found for them.

Purple Cat is a mobile veterinary surgical suite providing low-cost Cat Spays and Cat Neuters for cats in Northwest Wisconsin. Dr. Angie and Dr. Nellie at Purple Cat have a rotation of animal care facilities such as humane societies and shelters that she travels on a weekly basis in NW Wisconsin.  These locations include Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, Park Falls, Ashland, Ladysmith, Baldwin, and Cumberland.  You can also request to have her come to your farm.  There is a minimum of 35 cats needing sterilization for house calls and must be within 60 miles of Cumberland, WI.
